Workout of the Day (WOD) for 15 June 2010

Crossfit:  10 rounds of 12 pull ups and 12 burpees for time. 

Crossfit Endurance:  1 min sprint, 1 min off; 2 min sprin, 2 min off; 3 min sprint, 3 min off.
